I am nearly positive that a thread like this has been created before, but I am not resurrecting a necro-thread because it's not like we need to save space around here. These threads tend to be very interesting because usually someone here does what another person says they hate...you know?

If you didn't hate me before, you certainly can now.

I just accepted an offer from a company called Lightmaker. They are a web design company. I'm going to be putting my dot net skills to use creating web sites with social connectivity. This company is badass. They have world class talent and have won awards for their sites. They've created the websites for Ea games like Spore and Dragon Age Origins, the UFL, the official site of Cristiano Ronaldo, Disney movies like the sorcerers apprentice, and leviathon. Just to name a few of their projects.

But wait! There's more.

You walk inside the door and immediately to the right, is a pool table. Behind that is a foosball table. Behind that is a fully stocked bar. On the left side of the door is a big screen tv with video games and leather couches. I can ditch my office casual clothes and start wearing t shirts, shorts and flip flops again. Yay!

If that wasn't enough, I'm not quite done yet.

Supposedly, my first project is to develop a site for maria sharapova. If I don't get to meet her, I'll be looking at her picture every day.

And to finally finish this off. I got exactly the salary I wanted, which is to say, a big fucking raise. We'll say a 33% raise.

I need your guys' help getting a new phone. I don't want an iPhone. I really don't want another BlackBerry either. I do want a smartphone, though. I was thinking something HTC or whatever else that is affordable. The only thing I need 3G for is internet, so I don't need something really advanced. I do want something that does everything I need it to. Anything pop into your head? Recommend it to me. I am willing to spend about 2-3 hundred on it.

Oh yeah, my Curve officially and permanently died today. I am now half a man.

I would get an iPhone if I didn't just get an iPod. I have never used anything apart from iOS and the BlackBerry OS, so anything you guys recommend should be a new and cool experience for me.

Don't list movies that just came out unless you are positive that you will like it forever, en em double-you. A lot of people watch "Speed" or "The Mask" and think it's a great movie until they see Braveheart or Casino.

Other than that, it can be your top 3, 5, 10, 50, or 100, I don't care. It can just be your favorite if you actually can narrow it down. I will post my list later, but I doubt I will be able to have a #1, and I don't blame anyone for giving like 10 movies a #1 position. Anyways, I'm complicating shit.

This will help me pick out Blu-rays, so much appreciated. IMDB lists don't cut it for me, as I *shock* didn't care for the Godfather either, just like Peter Griffin. Me and him are probably the only ones in the real or cartoon world that can claim that.

On that note, feel free to list your most hated.
